will bring one of our qualified consultants to handle a technical
issue at your place of business. Delios consultants arrive

with one call to our main office you will get a quick response
to urgent issues. In the event your primary consultant is
unavailable another cross-trained consultant will be made
accessible to you.
Many of our clients use our on-site Scheduled
Service Call Plan. With our Scheduled Service Call Plan a
Delios consultant can be expected at your place of business
at a regular time interval to perform maintenance and see
to the overall stability and health of your network or equipment.
Scheduled service visits can be arranged at whatever interval
best suits your business needs.
When a machine can be gone from your place
of business for a period of time, Bench Service provides a
lower cost repair alternative. The system needing repair is
brought to the Delios Computer Solutions Office and serviced
by our in-house technicians. Bench Service can be requested
by the client via phone or through a consultant during an
on-site visit. This cost effective approach is especially
useful for individual computer troubleshooting, as well as
software or hardware upgrades.
Sometimes all you need is to talk through
a problem. Phone support can be used for software and hardware
assistance by calling the Delios Computer Solutions Help Desk.
Certain clients feel comfortable attempting a few troubleshooting
actions on their own with phone assistance. This can reduce
costs for the client, as it is billed in quarter-hour increments.
