Services administered by Delios Computer
Solutions Inc (DCS) are provided on a time and materials basis
or via contractual agreements. All of our work is performed
by fully trained, certified IT professionals who guarantee
their work.
Our on-site service and phone support is
billed based on the time taken to solve a specific problem
or perform a specific task. Service performed on the bench
at DCS is also billed based on the time, but for a lower hourly
rate than on-site service. Travel in the 616 area code is
free of charge. Any necessary materials are billed separately.
DCS uses a quoting process to handle projects
large and small. A project consultant will examine, discuss
and advise you about the options available to best suit the
goals of your business. A written proposal will be submitted
for approval. The entire DCS staff will work to provide prompt
personal service throughout the project and beyond.
